Homeless Outreach Program

The Thrive Housing Services Outreach Special Program provides outreach and referral services to homeless youth and families in Dauphin County in conjunction with the Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness (ECYEH) program. We

assist families in identifying new housing options and accessing community resources.
