Warehouse Volunteer - 5/3/2025

Service Description

Please note this volunteer shift is a 4-hour commitment. From 10am - 2pm you will assist Thrive Housing Services in the cleaning and reorganization of our Family Furnishings Warehouse. The Thrive Family Furnishings (TFF) Warehouse provides home furnishings for low-income families that are in need to furnish their homes. Our warehouse contains items such as couches, dressers, chests, nightstands, reclining chairs, kitchen items, small appliances (like microwaves, air fryers), vacuum cleaners, and shampooers. We also have cooking items such as pots, frying pans, loose silverware, and other related items. With your help lifting and moving furniture, organizing supplies, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash, the families and individuals can walk through our warehouse worry-free to pick for an organized selection of items for their new homes. Because it's a 4-hour shift, pizza will be provided! We thank you for your help and we can't wait to make our warehouse a place that serves the community effectively.
